Job Description

We are seeking self-employed personal trainers in multiple Ohio communities to provide home-based one hour personal training sessions with our senior clients - in their homes. At Care In Home, we help SENIORS get strong and mobile so they can continue to live at home safely for as long as possible. We work with senior support service providers, home health agencies and skilled nursing facilities in mutual referral relationships.

Our clients’ fitness levels can range from recently discharged from an acute or post-acute setting to healthy and active in the community (and don’t want to go to the local gym or rec center to exercise).

Please take a look at our website, www.careinhome.org . We are looking for individuals who have a passion to help seniors stay strong. We pay self-employed personal trainers $21 for each one-hour home training session.

This is a position that will grow over time as we build the clientele list in your area. We you will be expected to participate in grass roots promotion, such as sharing our Facebook page and posts, and networking with your connections in the area to promote yourself as a Care In Home Trainer. We encourage you to have your own LLC and are free to take clients yourself who are not seniors.

Bachelors degree in any subject is preferred. You will need to set up an LLC for your training business and have liability insurance (HPSO). A national trainer certificate is required. You will need to supply your own equipment and PPE.
