Healthy Living at Home - providing home health "At Your Service."What You'll Do: As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Healthy Living at Home, you will provide occupational therapy services that are planned, delegated, and supervised by the Occupational Therapist. You will also participate in the ongoing evaluation of patient’s functional status and home environment.

Healthy Living at Home - providing home health "At Your Service."What You'll Do: As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Healthy Living at Home, you will provide occupational therapy services that are planned, delegated, and supervised by the Occupational Therapist. You will also participate in the ongoing evaluation of patient’s functional status and home environment.
- Your coverage area will include: Clark County
- Participate in teaching patients new skills or re-train patients in once familiar daily activities that have been lost due to illness or injury
- Follow treatment program and goals for improved patient function as established by the Occupational Therapist
- Maintain and submit appropriate clinical records, clinical notes, and reports to the occupational therapist regarding any changes in the patient’s condition
- Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Certified with the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Licensed by the State Board of Healing Arts
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Current CPR certification
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
