What You?ll Do
- Become a vital member of the patient care team and build a strong relationship with the RNs
- Promote patient safety and comfort while actively participating in patient satisfaction
- Demonstrate advanced Responsive Observations knowledge base in practice of care
- Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions per department standards
- Provide excellent communication between staff and patients and patient families
- Promote and maintain Asante?s Vision and Values

What You Must Have
- CNA-2 certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis ? such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
