Title: Caregiver/Medication Aide (40 hour) Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN openings (hiring for multiple positions)

Job Description: Works directly under RN consultant, performs all necessary medication passes, examples: inhalations, instillations, oral, etc. document administration of medications on MAR (Medication Administration Record), document PRN medication on PRN med. record with same documentation in nurse’s notes, document follow up in MAR and Nurses Notes, fax new orders to pharmacy, transcribe medication orders to MAR.

Providing minimal, partial or total assistance as described on Plan of Care involving activities of daily living, follow daily duties such as cleaning lists for your shift, prepare and serve meals for your shift specified on weekly menu, administer medications and PRNs per shift, perform scheduled activities, written report of shift, verbal report with incoming shift, complete incident reports and following procedure by management, provide services as specified in service agreement, general policies, and special care disclosure.

Shifts: 8am – 8pm Day Shift or 8pm-8am Overnight Shift, Overtime Available

Requirements: CNA, CMA Medication aide certified: 40-hour class taken in Nebraska (can obtain Medication Aide. certification during the hiring process)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
