Central Station Dispatcher

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in the Central Station. We are a family owned and operated alarm company, and have been in business since 1959. Prior Central Station monitoring experience preferred, but not required. Hiring for afternoon shift, hours are 2:45pm to 11pm and 3:45pm to 12am, must be available for either shift time. Weekends and holidays included in scheduling, this department operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Double time paid on holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of commercial and residential alarm systems
• Placing phone calls to customers regarding their alarm systems and logging all information in our computer system
• Answering multi-line phone system, transferring calls when necessary
• Basic office duties such as filing, and taking messages for other departments in the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Common surfaces are sanitized daily, partitions separate the monitoring stations. Our office is not open to the outside public, so there is little to no interaction with people who work outside the company.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fraser, MI 48026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
