Job Description
This recruitment will be used to fill four part-time (a maximum of 20 hours per week) Office Assistant positions for the Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life (CFSL) at Oregon State University (OSU).

The CFSL Student Office Assistant provides support to the CFSL staff and governing councils in various administrative tasks and projects.
Position Duties
  • Welcoming and assisting staff, students, and guests who come to the CFSL office
  • Answering the CFSL main phone line
  • Fielding and responding to inquiries in person, via phone, or via email
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Updating the CFSL website and content
  • Assisting with daily office functions and tasks
  • Working on projects on behalf of the CFSL Staff and supported councils
  • Assists with the facilitation and coordination of CFSL programs and events
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Work-Study eligibility is required
Preferred (Special) Qualifications
  • Fraternity or sorority membership is preferred, but not required if the applicant has a willingness to learn and engage with the fraternity & sorority community at OSU
