CDMO Director Of Manufacturing

A biologics CDMO in a period of vertical growth is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to help complete the design and build-out of the 8300 sq ft manufacturing site and sub-sequentially hire, staff, and facilitate operations.

A rare opportunity to
Hire and provide oversite of cross-functional teams to ensure clinical and commercial readiness for manufacturing programs
Implement tech-transferred developed processes.
Identify necessary process improvements, manage development, and implement process improvements.
Management and oversight of proper execution of manufacturing runs.

The ideal candidate:
A relevent Bs or Ms degree with 15+ years of experience; Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience in process development or manufacturing.
Knowledge in interacting and coordinating efficiently with Analytics, Regulatory Affairs, Program Management and Quality Assurance.
Expertise in early development as well as late stage/commercial biologics.
CMO/CDMO experience is a must.
Excellent written and oral communication and collaboration skills across levels and functions.
