Job Description

Floyd and Sons is a family oriented truckload carrier based in outer Atlanta, GA. Our team is composed of professionals and dependable drivers who know the prominence of punctuality, professionalism and service. We are seeking a full time, OTR driver to service Northeast and Midwest regions. Starting pay is up to $1200 per week with weekly bonus incentives.

Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with E-LOGS
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Minimum of 2 years driving experience
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must meet DOT requirement
  • No at fault accidents
  • Must have clean MVR- no more than 2 moving violations
  • Must have a good employment history
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Must have good communication skills (Oral and Written)

Must be able to communicate the following tasks:

  • Perform daily inspections on the interior and exterior of the truck
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly log sheets
  • Collect and send all paperwork on a daily basis
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
