CB Sales Enablement Data Product Analyst
Sales Enablement covers the dynamic world of Commercial Banking Sales Strategy and Execution, Data Management, and the various strategic initiatives impacting our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities. The Sales Enablement Data Product Analyst will support the CB DAT Wholesale CRM and Sales Enablement Roadmaps through the delivery of high-quality analytics and strategic solution. This analyst will also participate and lead subgroups across CB Sales Enablement programs to share knowledge derive solutions, capture business needs and work with DAT team to deliver on those needs. The value of this position is relevant across the Wholesale Bank (Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Investment Banking).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Sales and Strategy managers, Technology partners, end users, developers, and other stakeholders, as various initiatives require to integrate data discoveries and processes into operational capabilities
- Analyzing various JPMC and 3rd Party Data Sources to evaluate and deliver findings to business management and use case leads
- Articulate analytical findings in clear and concise manner
- Be flexible to be able pivot quickly and manage evolving analytical requirements continuously learning quickly on the-job
- Constantly drive to become SME on CB DAT Team data model and capabilities
Qualifications
- Degree Qualified
- Must be highly analytical and have strong communication and presentation skills
- Work Experience across broad range of modern data science and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, R, Tableau, Qlik, html)
- Experience in data analysis, data management, technology development, ML analytical technology and/or comparable business integration concepts
- Have an analytical and curious mindset to ask insightful questions
- Preferred experience with financial services and CRM Tools (e.g. Salesforce / Dynamics)
- Be proficient with Excel and PowerPoints
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously
