Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as strategic partner to senior leadership and managers for the MMBSI Northeast core segment, leveraging operational experience, data and analytical insights to define overall performance objectives and assist with the development and execution of business and financial plans
  • Collaborates across finance and business management (F&BM) and other functional areas to understand and communicate results, execute strategic initiatives, and monitor outcomes
  • Executes portfolio management, segmentation, planning and growth efforts using CRM and other sales enablement tools and processes
  • Works closely with the financial planning and analytics function to assess business performance, define drivers of outcomes, document areas of opportunity, and execution plans to drive change
  • Identifies areas for continued process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutions

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, financial planning or sales operations; knowledge of Commercial Banking and / or Middle Market is preferred
  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and execute strategic plans
  • Proven work experience influencing others to initiate a recommended course of action
  • Ability to partner across business lines and interact with and communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated acumen and comfort assessing financial performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus
  • BA / BS degree; MBA preferred.
