Cashier/Customer Service/Sales Associate

Come join one of the busiest gas stations in town; Lou Perrine's Gas & Groceries! We are hiring for both locations!!! We are hiring part time or full time.

Mornings (Hours between 5am-4pm)

Evenings (1pm-12am)

Must be able to obtain bartending license. Company covers up front expense of license. Ring up customers, stock products, cleaning, prep food, organize, and create a fun and welcoming environment. Must have great smile, work well with others, have some cash handling experience, and a willingness to have fun. Below is the main functions of this position. • Act with professionalism, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of our Company.
• Promote great team work and be ready to step in when needed
• Correctly operate cash register and take payments in exchange of goods and merchandise sold.
• Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions and lottery.
• Verify customers purchasing alcohol and tobacco are of legal age (21 years old)
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Greet customers and guest and be of support to them
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers
• Fill gas for customers that are disabled or in need
• Inform customers of regular deals or daily specials
• Upsell products by providing add-on items at point of sale.
• Ensure that counters and work areas are kept clean at all times
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and sales floor
• Ensure the quality and quantity of food items packed or served
