Cashier/Customer Service- Stockdale & Allen

We are looking for a friendly and reliable cashier to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon their arrival and departure
• Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database
• Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manne
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Prepare to-go orders accurately
• Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces

• Handle credit and cash transactions
• Assist kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Demonstrable customer-service skills
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
• Availability to work shifts as needed
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
