Cashier / Receptionist - Part- Time - Dodge

Fred Beans Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram of Doylestown is Hiring Immediately for a Part-time Cashier / receptionist for it's growing service department!

Hours: 3-4 nights/week 4:00pm-8:00pm, every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm

The Receptionist/Cashier is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting customers upon arrival.

What You'll Do

• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted document for both service and accounting departments
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.
