Cashier / Attendant

AMPM is looking for cashiers in Chino!
The Cashier is the first point of contact for the business, and we're looking for talented new members to join us at our Chino & Menifee locations for all shifts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 months of cashier experience in a customer service retail environment Preferred.
• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred.

Essential Job Functions:
Job duties and responsibilities may vary by location and employees may be assigned additional duties than those listed above.

• Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with our company standards.
• Operate computerized cash register and credit card scanner inside the cashier area, completing customer transactions as well as properly maintaining a cash drawer.
• Receive, verify and stock delivered merchandise and place in the appropriate storage area.
• Perform daily inventory counts, as applicable.
• Assist customers with pump issues and propane.
• Receive gas delivery from our fuel distributor/tanker truck.
• Clean fuel or oil spills from the parking area using absorbent materials.
• Perform safety inspection of tanks and pumps once per day, checking gaskets, locks, etc.
• Maintain and clean various areas of the gas station to include but not limited to restrooms inside the convenience stores, parking perimeter, and dispensers.
• Cooking and food handlers certification may be required

Must have a flexible schedule.

Experience:

• Retail: 1 year (Preferred).

Pay Frequency:

• Bi-weekly or Twice monthly.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
