Whether you are an experienced installer looking for a new home, or a level one apprentice looking for a career, Reborn Cabinets may very well be the last place you ever have to go to look for a home.

Our PAID APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM offered through our Reborn Universities training platform, provides you with an opportunity to step foot into one of California’s Top Apprenticeship programs that’s recognized year to year for our ability to transform apprentices into Lead Installers within a 3 to 6 month time frame.

Due to our past success, we are prepared to offer you a PAID TRAINING with a career path to and outline to becoming a Lead.

Our Career Path:

3 to 6 Month PAID Apprenticeship Training: $16.00 hr. - $20.00 hr.

What it takes to be successful:

. Own a Work Truck or Work Van (or can acquire one within 90 days)

· Coachable and humbled attitude.

· Highly driven to succeed.

· Results-oriented and goal-driven.

· Emotionally intelligent.

· Process Driven (systematic approach to resolving issues)

· Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Can successfully work with little to no supervision

· One-year experience in construction, woodwork, or other related fields

· Able to read basic measurements

· Ability to work weekends and overtime daily

· Pass a background check

· Pass a drug test and physical

· Good character, strong work ethic and humble disposition
