Job DescriptionOur caregivers have been the heart of our business since 2011. We are looking for caregiver employees that will take pride in providing quality care for our clients, as well as finding enrichment in developing in-depth relationships. This position allows for a full scope of interaction with the client in their home including assistance with their activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world. Our technology platforms will help you do both. Use our new Care App on your smart phone to keep track of your work schedule, shift responsibilities, communicate with the office and family, and much more. Continue to grow your skill set as a caregiver by learning new things on our on-line Homewatch CareGivers University. We are looking for exceptional caregivers that thrive in the team environment. The ideal candidates will be flexible, can support multiple different clients on a weekly basis if necessary, and enjoys a challenge. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, highly skilled and has great work ethics. They are committed to serving others. • Must demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and dedication to provide the best quality home care in Colorado.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs to assist in transfers and helping clients with mobility/ capacity to handle environmental and physical requirements for in-home care that encompasses all aspects of daily living.
• Clean Driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Proven ability to build and sustain quality and meaningful relationships with our clients.
