Pay Rate: $13.00 hr - $16.00 hr (based on experience)

Job Summary

Home Care Assistance is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for the following days/hours for a client located in Yatesboro (Armstrong County) PA:

• 
  Monday - Sunday (3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

Client Diagnosis: Hearing/Vision Impairment, Stroke (Aug 2021), Hypertension, Poor Circulation, High Cholesterol

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Cooking and Light Housekeeping
• Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
• Grocery Shopping
• Companionship
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
• Driving to Appointments and Errands
• Walking and Transfer Assistance
• Medication Reminders
• ADL's
• Ambulation
• Change Depends
• Transportation - Does not need vehicle

Caregiver Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience
• 2 Step TB Test
• Pass Criminal Background Checks
• Pass Child Clearances
