Lone Peak Hospital is looking for an experienced Echosonographer to join their team!

The Echocardiographer is responsible for performing cardiac ultrasound procedures such as transthoracic, stress, transesophageal, intra-cardiac, intra-operative echocardiograms within the inpatient and outpatient settings. With proper training and knowledge of other functions within the cardiology services, may perform other duties related to clinical diagnostic testing and/or operational tasks that manifest high quality patient care and a teamwork environment.

Pediatric Certification preferred for this position.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• One year of imaging experience in the cardiac specialty preferred.
• Prefer specific experience and training in cardiac ultrasonography.
• Registered or registry eligible with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification

Skills:

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Good verbal and written skills required.
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills required
