Responsibilities:

• The Rad Tech in the Cath Lab will assume the responsibility in assisting with all examinations performed within the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• They will be proficient at radiographic examination which requires thorough knowledge of positioning techniques, technical factors and anatomical factors.
• The technologist will assist radiologist and other physicians with procedures as required while maintaining a good relationship with them and other staff members.

Qualifications

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• 
  Graduate of a 2 year JRCERT program in Radiologic Technology; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 
  Current Louisiana State Licensure
• 
  Current ARRT Licensure in Diagnostic Radiology
• 
  CPR for Healthcare Providers to be completed within 30 days of hire
