Description
As a Card and Customer Program Coordinator, you will support the management and maintenance of AEG Fuels
carnet card program within AEG Fuel’s proprietary database. You will be responsible for the printing and
distribution of the cards as well as updating our database regularly. This is an entry-level position that requires
extreme attention to detail and organization. You will also be responsible for account setup and maintenance of
other AEG Branded programs as we add them to our product offerings.


Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Print and distribution of carnet cards
  • Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again
  • Assist Sales, Credit and Marketing departments with customer updates
  • Respond to customers card related inquiries and refer them to the appropriate channels
  • Setup and management of records

  • Understand customers expectations, processes and needs
  • Effective internal communication with different departments to ensure program’s success
  • Develop comprehensive reports to track program progress
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily and weekly tasks
  • Maintain sensitive customer or company information confidential
  • Additional duties as we expand and develop new programs


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associates Degree
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Well organized
  • Experience with MS Office Applications
  • Strong customer service skills


Recommended Experience:

  • Experience in the jet/fuel industry
  • Experience with data entry
