Car Wash Customer Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Team Members will be knowledgeable on car wash services, technology, and membership options.

• Educate customers on all options to help them make the best decisions for their needs.

• Move or direct cars into the wash area with pleasant and competent attitude

• Perform visual inspection of vehicle condition before sending them through the wash

• Signal drivers to ensure proper loading and unloading of vehicles

• Pre-wash and prep exterior areas of vehicles before sending them through the wash

• Carry out periodic preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment stays in proper working order

• Assist customers at kiosk and vac stations

• Help keep facilities clean and organized including tunnel, grounds, restrooms, lounge, and employee common areas

• Help maintain vac stations (trash cans emptied, vacuums are unclogged and hung properly)

• Adhere to company policies and procedures when carrying out any assigned tasks

• With a sense of urgency, make sure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates

• Assist the management team as needed

• Ensure best possible experience for all customers!

Requirements:

• Reliable, respectful, and responsible individual

• Displays positive attitude

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to lift items of moderate weight

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work outside and standing for long periods of time

• Possess valid and current drivers license

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Experience driving different types of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions

• Ability to follow directions and quickly implement tasks

• Wanting and willingness to attend community partner volunteer events
