Cannabis Trimmer / Harvester

We are searching for a cannabis enthusiast who would like to earn a wage processing cannabis. We expect to hire someone long term that will grow with the company. As a trimmer/harvester, some responsibilities will include: cannabis trimming, harvesting, de-fanning, hanging, weighing, sanitation and keeping work area clean at all times. This is a full-time position 32-40 hrs/wk. One year of commercial trimming experience is mandatory. A current MED badge and reliable transportation are a MUST. Should be able to follow instructions and easily accept and apply constructive criticism. Must have a combination of speed and ability to meet company standards and employee goals. Personal hygiene and cleanliness are not optional. Must be able to comfortably stand and sit for a period of time. Starting pay is based on experience and production. Higher wages come within 90 days of employment as long as you are meeting individual goals and proving reliability.
