We are looking for someone with managerial production experience in a manufacturing environment. Cannabis experience or knowledge is not required. We are looking for someone that wants to grow with us as a company, someone we can invest in.

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Managerial production experience REQUIRED (1+ yr)
• Production Experience REQUIRED (2+ yr)
• Cannabis knowledge & experience (preferred but not required)
• Inventory tracking management experience REQUIRED
• Ability to train and manage different types of personalities and people with varying learning preferences
• Ability to adapt to growing company demands (may need to wear different hats from time to time so flexibility REQUIRED)
• Experience making moonrocks, pre-rolls, and blunts (highly preferred but not required)
• High attention to detail
• Quality control experience REQUIRED
• Dependable and punctual
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Maintaining production schedules
• Assessing employee performance
• Hiring/Firing production technicians (as needed)
• Must be able to physically work fast on one's feet doing repetitive tasks for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• MUST be 21 +
• MUST have valid Driver's License and dependable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
