Cannabis Nursery Manager

Licensed cannabis nursery is looking for an experience manager to run the day-to-day operations.

They will be fully responsible for managing all aspects of the nursery, including but not limited to implementing optional growth strategies for the mother plants, systemizing a propagation schedule, training new employees, implementing IPM strategies, communicating and coordinating with other departments, maintaining a clean work environment, tracking and monitoring environmental controls, and performing general cultivation tasks with other employee’s.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in cannabis propagation work.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation across various grow mediums
• Familiar with both synthetic and organic nutrients, foliar’s and teas.
• Familiar with IPM solutions and plant deficiencies
• Must be well organized well organized with strong attention to detail
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must work well with others and comfortable in a leadership position
• Must be 21+
• Able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds in high/low temperatures and in high levels of humidity
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
