Job Description
Overview Suburban has a new opportunity for a Temporary Call Monitor in our ECE (Exceeding Customer Expectations) Department located in our Syracuse, NY location. This position will report to the Call Monitoring and ECE Support Supervisor. Duties include listening to and documenting recorded customer calls, assigning call type categories to the in-coming calls for reporting and trending purposes and preparing region trending reports and summaries that are submitted to the Sr. Manager of Customer Service Quality & Training for distribution to the Region Management teams.
Responsibilities In addition, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: documenting what is heard on the calls in a database (Chronicall Central Repository) in a way that allows for easy trending identification and understanding by the Quality Improvement and Region Management teams, using database filters and date ranges to isolate calls for specific Customer Service Centers (CSCs) and representatives, running database reports and exporting data to Excel for analysis.

Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience
- Clerical and/or administrative experience
- Understanding of computer applications including MS Office
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical ability
