Store Space does not require extensive sales experience because we?re not a typical Call Center. We'll provide fun, thorough, paid training that will teach you everything you need to know so you feel confident taking on Sales and Customer Service calls with your team by your side. We offer a competitive starting salary and bonuses, so bring your passion for people, communication skills, and problem-solving to the table and leave the rest to us!

Do you want to earn $13.50+ an hour? On top of our competitive hourly pay you can earn up to an additional $1,000 per month via our sales bonus program.

Responsibilities

As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Incoming Sales and Customer Service calls from customers and potential customers

• Providing potential customers with a storage solution while promoting our facilities to ensure a smooth rental/reservation process

• Providing excellent Customer Service to all customers

• Accepting and processing monthly payments

• Completing outbound calls to potential customers who have previously expressed an interest in our facility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Spanish a plus

• Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently

• Active listening skills and the ability to shape a conversation based on the caller?s comments

• Demonstrate patience and professionalism

Requirements

• This position requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Successful candidate must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily
