Job Description

Acton Medical Associates is looking for a full time (40 hours per week) Patient Services/Call Center Representative to join our busy practice. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to multitask and demonstrate excellent telephone and customer service skills. Computer and typing skills a must. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, confirming patient demographic and insurance information, specialist referral intake, insurance referral processing and scheduling patient appointments.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

· High school education or general degree (GED).

· One year or more related experience in the medical field or equivalent of education and experience.

· Previous medical office and EMR experience is desirable.

· Call center or customer service experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
