This is a full-time hourly position with starting pay up to $15.00/hour with a monthly bonus plan that offers the potential to earn up to an extra $300-$500 or more per month based on achievement of objectives.

Position Summary

This position reports to the Loan Servicing Department Supervisor and is responsible for collections on all delinquent loans.


Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls on delinquent loan and or Maintenance fee accounts.
  • Review and provide feedback on accounts to management.
  • Process member payments by phone.
  • Set up payment arrangements and offer amnesty assistance.
  • Correspond with customers through email.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned by management.
  • Works entire assigned shifts, demonstrates work schedule flexibility, and is punctual.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workloads situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Good math skills
  • Knowledge of FDCPA
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and Detail Oriented

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
