We are looking for a call center management professional to join our team in the Broken Arrow, OK area.
Requirements:
We have multiple call centers and Work From Home agents and Managers that all need to work together. Must have a professional attitude, be able to communicate through multiple channels (in person, email, chat, phone, Zoom meetings) as you will be working with not only the agents in the facility but a team outside of the facility including managers and clients.
Great attendance and punctuality are a must!

Salary considerations will be based on experience. ($25,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year)

Requirements:
- Manager experience, especially Call Center experience, and/or DOC experience is a huge plus.
- Call Center is within a minimum security correctional facility. Background check will be required.
- Call center operates 7 days a week up to 15hrs a day. Flexible availability is important. Overtime may be required if necessary.
- Requires good computer skills as you will manage multiple dialing platforms. Must know Excel and Word. Must be able to troubleshoot PC/Phone issues that agents may have.

Job duties will include:
- Running a high paced call center floor consisting potentially of upwards of 60+ call center agents. (Safe guards has been put in place to handle proper pandemic guidelines.)
- Multitasking skills are a must as you manage programs, people (in office and at home), campaign hours, emails, chats, phone calls, and Zoom meetings simultaneously.
- Managers are responsible for learning new programs, agent training/coaching, performance and production analysis, problem correction, and discipline as necessary to achieve client goals.
- Looking for good people who are reliable, hard working, and have the ability to learn, react, train, and shift gears as needed.
- We call in many verticals including, but not limited to, political, sales, tort intakes, live transfers, etc., and use both inbound and outbound calling.
