Job Description

Call Center Customer Care (outbound)

Full time position: 8:30 to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

· Manage a large number of outbound calls daily

· Email management for clients

· Fast and accurate data entry

· Reference scripted responses

· Update client information in database

· Provide a positive experience for clients and follow up to meet requests or solve donor concerns

Requirements:

· Computer/Office and Keyboard skills necessary

· Courteous, professional and empathetic manners

· Must be great at multitasking and time management

· Able to be organized and detail oriented

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be able to wear a headset all day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
