CAG - Accounts Payable/Accounting Clerk

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors & accounting team.

• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.

• Compile and sort invoices and checks.

• Issue checks for accounts payable.

• Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.

• Record charges and refunds.

• 10 Key skills needed.

• Match invoices to work orders.

• Process bills for payment via Yooz, APAssist & NVoice Pay.

• Utilize computer systems to run databases & work with bank accounts to pay bills and order supplies.

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.

• Processing warranty cancellations of all finance products sold.

Hours:

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• This is a full-time position.

Compensation:

• $17-19 an hour depending on experience.
