SUMMARY STATEMENT:

An entry level position with the most visibility to our customers. It requires superior customer service skills, a welcoming and friendly demeanor, excellent personal appearance standards and the ability to conduct cash transactions without error.

POSITION cONTINGENCIES:

Must consent to a criminal background check and be willing to submit to drug test

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and sandwiches in accordance with brand standards, recipes, and systems.
  • Provide excellent guest service. Resolve guest issues if needed.
  • Execute restaurant standards and brand marketing initiatives
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment
  • Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
  • Work well and communicate with team members
  • Respond positively to coaching and feedback
  • Perform other duties as assigned

SUCCESS FACTORS (KSAs):

  • Excellent communication, customer service skills
  • Great sense of urgency, ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic math skills, ability to count money and make change
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Capable of lifting 50+ pounds regularly
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to bend, lift and reach repeatedly for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stand in confined space for extended periods of time; sitting is not permitted
  • Ability to perform repeated actions for extended periods of time
