Key Responsibilities
- As an Associate Developer, a successful candidate is going to be responsible for hands-on development. The candidate will be part of a wider team, with stakeholders located all around the world, including Montreal, New York, Budapest, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.The candidate will be responsible for developing business critical features and will be expected to be part of the design process focusing on architectural changes, stability and performance improvements, and user experience tweaks.The CID team is embracing Agile and DevOps, hence the candidate will be expected to demonstrate continuous improvement, and to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, quality, and business impact of their deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Technical Skills- Deep hands-on experience with .Net, PowerShell, MS SQL Server, and Angular frameworkStrong troubleshooting skills with complex systemsHands-on experience with web services, APIs, and RESTHands-on experience with distributed, large scale, highly available systemsHands-on experience with Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile, BDD and various levels of automated testingKnowledge of design patters and anti-patterns
Preferred Technical Skills but not required:
- .Net Core / ASP.Net Core and containersSCCM / System Center OrchestratorActive Directory and LDAP knowledgeKnowledge of micro-services architecture and containerization
