C# Developer

Summary:
Daily work touches on all aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle for projects in all stages of development ranging from requirements gathering, coding, testing, maintenance and re-factoring. Under general direction, candidate will perform a variety of simple or complex technical and support services involving compliance to DoD software development standards, application development best practices, and product planning. The developer will work closely with the other members of the development team, customers, hosting resources. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and client-facing skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Microsoft ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, AJAX, MVC

• Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC frameworks, and C#.
• Experience working in a multiple platform environment with both Webforms (Version 1) and MVC (Version 2) as well as interaction with an IMS SOAP Mainframe for data sources.
• Object Oriented Programming
• Experience with Agile Methodologies and SDLC processes.

Education:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent

Essential Functions:

• Work as part of an established and collaborative development team to support the creation and maintenance of mission-critical web-based software applications and high visibility/high demand websites.
• Document and input maintenance data for military aircraft parts and components.
• Focus on application design, and development and maintenance.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-pace, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
