- Managing purchasing projects in various areas as required
- Analyzing and challenging organizational needs
- Providing service to multiple internal managers and employees within the organization
- Negotiation with vendors
- Preparing presentations and memos for management discussions
- Critical thinking to create insight beyond numbers and help to influence, support and execute strategic business decisions.
- Helping Create budget plans and targets for the related departments and businesses
- Communicate key metrics and insights to various partners and stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Being a purchasing focal point and a partner for various organizations within the company

Your Knowledge & Skills- Graduated with Honors in B.S. Computer Science or B.A. (Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Law or Business)
- at least 1-3 years of business experience
- Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, data mining and modeling skills.
- Eager to learn and influence
- Drive execution, initiate projects and manage them start to end.
- Process oriented, well organized, autonomous learner with ability to deal with ambiguity
- Proficiency with MS office, specially Excel
- Excellent written and oral English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Digital literacy, using hardware, software, platforms or technology tools to be productive
- Creative, open minded, Team Player with resiliency and adaptability to solve problems in a swiftly changing environment
- ERP knowledge (preferable SAP) – an advantage
- Must work US business hours
