Here's who we are:
Owners who have lived and worked in the East Village for years. We grew up in, and love the food and beverage industry. We care deeply about the product we put out, and the people we serve it to. We don't take life too seriously, because it's not meant to be.

Here's what we are looking for:
A like-minded individual. Someone with previous experience working in high volume bars and restaurants. NYC experience is a BIG plus, high volume bussing/running and the ability to carry large trays of drinks.

This position is for full time,and/or part time, starting immediately.

What's most important:
The ideal applicant comes with a passion for hospitality, an ability to work well in a team, and the knowledge that there is more to bussing and running than dropping drinks or picking up drinks and walking away. A well rounded knowledge of food and drink is of obvious importance. A sense of humor and and the ability to juggle are also positive attributes INDFOH
