The Business Transformation Associate Manager will work within Accenture as the Operations Business Transformation Lead that supports efforts to improve organizational effectiveness in the Delivery Center based Clients. They work with an extended team to provide process, tools, methods, operational excellence practices and training across the organization to deliver on the Journey to Intelligent Operations. The role is responsible for verifying that work on this Transformation Plan is consistently and effectively performed and creates deliverables according to established core procedures, processes, and methodologies around our Journey to Intelligent Operations. They will work closely with Client Leadership, Delivery Leadership, Global BT along with all the Market Unit and Local Delivery networks to provide update progress to this plan. Expectation is that the plan will be measured with Business Outcome Indicators and detailed action planning lead by this role. This role is located only in San Antonio, TX or Knoxville, TN onsite with no remote option.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more Clients on the Journey to Intelligent Operations
- Including development of the Transformation Roadmap with Delivery & Client
- Assessing and routinely monitoring the performance and actions to the roadmap with regional and global Ops / BT – leading improvement to Client outcomes
- Gathering resources from any group within to build and execute on this plan
- Drives quality improvements across projects and processes
- Develops and supports advanced analytics
- Designs and oversees data collection plans
- Embraces and engages the appropriate DMAIC, DFSS, DMADV, Agile / Scrum methods to solve problems
- Becomes our “Expert” in a particular tool, methodology, platform, Industry or Offering
- Instructs and educates BT Leads, Delivery, and Account Management personnel on these skillsets and methods
- Helps design training curriculums and best practices around the area of expertise
- This role is expected to be onsite, daily, depending on COVID 19 local policies
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of project management experience
- A minimum of 5 years of Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement Function experience
- A minimum of 2 years of client facing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10-15 years practical work experience in Service Operations, BPO
- Industry Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt or Black Belt as evidenced by application, risk, process and metric definition and analysis examples
- Able to pass Business Transformation skills assessment administered by a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or BB
- Strong DMAIC methodology understanding preferred
- Basic understand of data analytics tools i.e., Advanced Excel apps, Minitab, SPC or SPSS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Certified PMP
- Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, statistical analysis with Excel functions, data mining)
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Project and examples of project participation
- Strong presentation and story-telling skills
- Client facing consulting experience
- Business Case development – i.e., Project Costing and cost modeling to show value of Automations, Improvements
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $97,632 - $161,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
