The BSA is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting technical issues and identifying opportunities for efficiency. You will be working with our team of engineers and developers who are proficient in IT, programming and software development. What YOU will do:

  • Provide application support to existing applications. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and identify permanent solutions to fix problems as needed
  • Understand business rules and trace data while following the process flow to investigate data-related issues
  • Follow up on items that could negatively impact production operations, assist with postmortem related activities and support various efforts related to operational improvements
  • Collaborate with others from different functional and technical areas and escalating as needed to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Based on recommendations from management, implement new and improved processes, change processes, perform new tasks, create reports and address ad-hoc requests

Knowledge, Experience and Key Attributes needed for Success:

  • BA or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years' experience in systems analysis required
  • Minimum of two years' hands-on experience with stored procedures and complex joins in SQL
  • EDI experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Broad understanding of and experience working with systems and applications
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong collaborative skills with a demonstrated history of success collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously to deliver quality commitments on-time
  • Strong self-motivation, sense of ownership and ability to retain focus under tight deadlines
  • Must be able to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing systems analyst tasks
