Business System Analyst

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business analyst to help streamline the business process using the current business applications with the objective to improve the operational efficiency and leverage the underlying the technology to its full potentials.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the key business functional leads to understand and document the business process;
• Define the KPI for major business activities and the process to measure them;
• Identify the area of the improvement to optimize the business process by analyzing the application usages and KPIs;
• Partocipage the discover/design phases of the M/A projects with focus on the business process gaps

Qualifications:

• At least 3+years of experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business process of a large software company
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
• Strong business/client engagement skills
• Excellent verbal/written skills as well as great interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide high-level presentation to the stakeholders
• Experienced with diagraming tools such as Lucidchart/Visio
