The Opportunity
QVC's Business Support Coordinator's main responsibility is to work side by side with the Business Support Manager to focus and align the Culinary DDGS Strategies and Workflow.
Our Team
Join QVC's Merchandising Operations organization. We are the product management hub for all things product development and support both QVC and HSN's home and culinary PD's business. While we support both QVC and HSN brands, we sit at QVC Studio Park, West Chester!
Your Impact
- Track & analyze agent and factory performance against established KPIs.
- Help maintain records of all milestone activities, processes and approvals.
- Track and coordinate the sending and receiving of samples to support the on-air and off-air execution of DDGS Culinary items.
- Help with the coordination and organization of product meetings.
- Prepare materials for agent business review meetings in partnership with PD team.
- Track & analyze DDGS Culinary business through sales and on-order reporting.
- Maintain T&A Calendar.
- Creation of area’s T&A’s specific to each business and ownership of collaboration across roles as to strategic and tactical dates to ensure timely production and quality product.
- Through constant communication and working within the processes that we have in place, ensure that suppliers adhere to a T&A calendar.
- Track Agent and Factory Performance. Create bi Annual Vendor Report Cards.
- Participate in Vendor On-boarding Train each new agent and/or office in QVC systems and procedures.
- Define and address problems, issues and concerns that impact the operations. Collaboratively update appropriate team members.
- Increase ongoing collaboration with support teams within QVC, including QA, Supply Chain, Vendor Relations and Legal.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Three years business experience in retail environment or minimum of 2 years of direct sourced experience in the culinary classifications.
- Product Development experience and knowledge across multiple culinary classifications.
- Business Knowledge of the Culinary industry.
- Strong presentation skills with comfort to present to senior leadership.
- Ability to influence within and across enterprise complexity.
- Understanding of relevant design systems such as PLM.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally in the future.
