Job Description
Summary:
The Business Process Analyst position will be responsible for detailed documentation of business processes and provide recommendations for improvement to assist the ERP implementation project team in design requirements, testing and training. This position reports into Global Service but will require a high level of active cross-functional and cross-regional engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop an in-depth understanding of the business process and documentation requirements.
Interview stakeholders, documenting and/or updating current state processes including inputs and outputs of process steps and opportunities for improvement.
Contributing to ERP future state process design discussions with knowledge of process requirements, gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points.
Produce high quality future state processes including interaction points with ERP or other IT systems.
Author function-specific process change summaries to assist with training and change management discussions.
Maintain and evolve well organized, credible, and accurate content repositories.
Author and execute test cases to validate system functionality against process requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, enjoys learning, is proactive.
Extensive process mapping experience using Visio or equivalent process mapping tools.
Ability to deliver high quality documentation with attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.
Experience collaborating with multiple departments.
Demonstrated experience using Lean Six Sigma principles.
Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA a plus.
