Business Planning Analyst

We’re currently working with a multi-billion-dollar company that is the largest in their industry and looking to grow another 50%+ over the next few years. One of the keys they see to enabling that growth is to drive efficiency throughout the supply chain. As a result, they are looking to add a Business Planning Analyst to the team – specifically looking for somebody that is interested in getting out of the tactical, day-to-day supply chain and into a more strategic position.

Position Description:

• Work cross functionally with supply chain, production operations, customer service, sales, finance, customers and suppliers to drive efficiencies throughout the business.
• Lead process- and tools projects in areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Inventory Optimization, Cycle Reduction, etc.
• Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues;

Background Required:

• Highly energetic individual with at least 1-3 years of supply chain experience;
• Strong working knowledge of ERP applications (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.), Dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and Excel;

• Bachelor's required;

• Proven track record of success in similar role.
