The Business Marketing Manager (BMM) Role will be responsible for Digital Marketing, Content Development and Events & Tradeshow support for the General Imaging (Radiology) and Women's Health (OB/GYN) business for Philips North America, based remotely.

The Business Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing the Philips ultrasound brand in general imaging (radiology) and OB/Gyn by positioning our products to the right customers at the right time, generating demand and enabling our sales team to drive revenue. As a highly motivated B2B growth and demand marketing leader, you’ll orchestrate high-impact engagement strategies and campaigns to increase market visibility and consideration, drive leads, grow share of wallet, and build customer loyalty.

You are responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Drive Digital Marketing Campaigns for General Imaging (Radiology) and Women's Health (OBGYN) business: Account Based Marketing, Email Nurturing, Demand Generation, Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), Geo Targeting and Geo Locating campaigns.
  • Lead Events Management and Tradeshow support for General Imaging (Radiology) and Women's Health (OBGYN) business.
  • Work collaboratively across business, marketing and sales to execute demand generation strategy and activate key marketing campaigns and programs
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers, products, and customer decision journey to design strong lead generation and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Ensure effective tracking and reporting to evaluate and maximize value of campaigns and programs.
  • Develop plans and adhere to deadlines and budget assignments
  • Synthesize insights from multiple stakeholders and audiences and win/loss data to improve sales enablement tools and optimize engagement programs
  • Stay up to date on key marketing and audience trends, and work with research and digital/media teams as necessary to gain better understanding of audience behavior
  • Create localized assets and content that targets key audiences across the buyer’s journey and supports the sales team
  • Develop and execute tradeshow/event marketing strategy, including speaking engagements, and implement pre- and post-event outreach process to drive leads and support sales team
  • Build and strengthen relationships with professional societies and associations to drive thought leadership and market development
  • Support sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities
  • Drive communication strategy to field teams, product to new hire training deployment, and overall market support processes, strategies and procedures
  • Cambridge, MA is the preferred location of candidates but other remote based locations will be considered.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in healthcare B2B marketing
  • Proven experience and success in scaling demand generation programs through technology, database management and multi/omni-channel strategy
  • Direct experience designing, executing and measuring a content marketing strategy
  • Data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, incredible attention to detail and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with online and offline channel mix
  • Extensive experience with marketing automation, Salesforce, and Account-based Marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proficiently write targeted and compelling marketing content
  • Startup mentality with ability to navigate a large organization
  • Team builder with an ability to influence peers and internal partners despite reporting structure
  • Effective communicator with internal and external partners
  • Must be positive-minded, team-oriented, diligent, relentless, organized, timely and detailed-driven
