We handle a wide range of customers in every industry. Including, but not limited to: hospitals, schools, police departments, fire departments, ambulance companies, tow companies, public works departments, bus companies, manufacturing facilities, etc.
Basic Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Be a single point of contact for your customers answering their questions and coordinating support.
- Generate new leads for our vast array of solutions including two-way radio, video surveillance, access control, GPS, dispatch systems, etc.
- Quote customer equipment and convert leads to sales.
- Manage customer projects and communicate resource needs to management.
- Able to understand and learn technology concepts quickly.
- Maintain effective lines of communications with all internal departments to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
Salary ranges depend on skills & experience. This position has a commission element that will reward high-performing employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
