As a Senior Partner Manager focused on Agency Partnerships, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in ODC's full product suite (digital audiences, contextual intelligence, measurement solutions, platforms and more). Oracle provides a comprehensive and unified data solution to drive scalable, cross-channel marketing actions. As we continue to partner more deeply with agencies to help them utilize these assets to drive ROI for their clients, you will be at the forefront of setting up partnerships with our agency partners.
The Agency Partner Management team is responsible for the product strategy and identification of new business solutions, technical and operational implementation for our agency partners. In addition, you will be expected to provide Oracle with visibility into the organizational structure and business opportunity of your portfolio of agencies. In doing so you will become a trusted advisor to your agency partners and internal colleagues at Oracle. Simply put, our role is to ensure that ODC can successfully do business with agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development & GTM Planning: Develop business plans, financial projections, differentiated positioning, and GTM roll-out plans to enable channel sales success for your book of business
- Product Strategy: Ensure that that there is a well-established plan for ODC’s product suite to achieve the specific objectives for your agency book of business at large – revenue, strategic positioning, operational workflow, contractual and otherwise. Own communication with the product teams at agencies and within ODC
- Product Delivery / Project Management: Support agency initiatives by scoping and deploying product, infrastructure, integrations and operational processes externally and internally. Once live, own the product/operational work required to maintain and grow the partnerships. Always have an eye towards driving process, system and workflow improvements to scale your agency book of business and ODC’s business at large. To successfully deliver products and partnerships, project manage engagements across Product, ales, Finance, Legal and Operations teams to operationalize new opportunities with agency partners
- Product Market Feedback: Understand Oracle’s full suite of products and provide input on enhancements required for the agency ecosystem. Gather and deliver Agency market feedback to ODC’s Product organization to inform product development, operational workflow, GTM roll out, bill of materials, and best practices. Identify and propose solutions for gaps identified. Effectively articulate when new assets or new development is necessary by proposing deliverable specifications, pricing, and terms of use.
- CEO of your Business: Build deep understanding of your book of business from a quantitative revenue and market trend perspective as well as understanding the ins and outs of your agency book of business organizational structure, how they operate, what they prioritize and more. Collate effective materials for companywide QBR’s with the Agency and Oracle Leadership teams
Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years’ experience working with or within an advertising agency, AdTech company, major platform with a technical understanding of digital advertising and marketing solutions. Had to have demonstrated success in ideating and delivering high-value solutions, with significant adoption and revenue impact
- Business Acumen: Ability to build and articulate business plans effectively, thinking strategically and analytically to operate with a focus on revenue and market differentiation. Strong Excel and financial analytical skills required.
- Project Management: Ability to scope, prioritize, and manage numerous workstreams, creating and maintaining accountability of all involved parties to commit & deliver to specific deliverables & deadlines. Excellent organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Relational Savvy: Works well in team efforts, building trust and respecting boundaries. Reads situational dynamics and responds appropriately.

Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.
A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product*s sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management. Marketing and business development experience preferred. Business and account planning implementation experience. Conversant in Oracle technology and product strategies. Proven track record in managing multiple opportunities and ability to negotiate and close complex deals. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
Colorado Pay Range: From $102,567 to $184,622 per annum
