We are currently searching for a highly polished and seasoned Business Development Manager to oversee all aspects of business expansion, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, education, engagement, retention and leads to guarantee maximum client (Dentist) growth and satisfaction.

This individual is an expert in all things related to growing every aspect of the business, building long-term relationships, generating solutions, proactive account innovation, and maximizing client loyalty.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with sales leadership to develop and maintain a strategy to ensure successful collaborations, nurture relationships and expand orthobrain’s presence.
  • Enthusiasm to travel throughout your region to grow the business, educate, train, and assist clients as needed.
  • Leverage clients to upgrade their products.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and develop long-term growth strategies.
  • A positive outlook and a solutions-focused mindset are a must.
  • Ability to generate new leads, develop new opportunities, and grow the business.
  • Work to establish and manage client paths to maximize revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication skills and quick learner who enjoys gaining new business knowledge.
  • Collaborate with key channel partners to set them up for mutually beneficial success for the clients.
  • Develop engagement strategies with clients to develop professional long-lasting relationships.
  • Ensure all client training is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for user experience.
  • Create client journeys leveraging CRM solutions to meet the desired customer experience and business growth goals.
  • Consistently find and alert businesses to areas of opportunity.
  • Measured on revenue, business growth numbers, client retention, and partnerships.
  • Focused on relationship building, challenging, collaborating, and promoting ownership.
  • Advocacy, tenacity, and solutions dedicated approach are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company where the feedback cycle is measured in hours rather than weeks.
  • Appetite for all things growth-focused; penetration of accounts, implementation of new processes, product adoption, educate and train clients all geared towards improving the relationship with the client and generating revenue.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (or equivalent experience). MBA in business is a plus.
  • Experience supporting across teams (sales, education, support, marketing)
  • Expertise in relationship building and revenue generation.
  • Experience in the dental or medical industry is a major plus.
  • Travel required; Can live anywhere, preferably in a city with a major airport
