Job Description

Summary of Position:

The Business Development Executive has a preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in pediatric home health. The BDE is responsible for growing their assigned territory. The position requires that the BDE be responsible for building new client referrals and maintaining current clients. The BDE will work with providers, community resources, and AOC staff to accomplish goals. The BDE must be knowledgeable of their territory and the services provided by AOC. Proven ability to not only secure new business but also provide excellent customer service. BDE’s will be immersed in AOC vision and values and share our vision with prospective referral sources, clients and AOC staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilizing company software programs in order to maintain and track referrals and current client information
  • Overall Retention, Growth, and Customer Satisfaction of each branch in their territory
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly goals given by upper management
  • Submitting weekly activity reports to management team
  • Qualifying potential new business for their branch
  • Assisting with recruiting and career fairs

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of our industry, the market, and the needs of the customer
  • Competent in all regulatory and compliance guidelines for the position
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficient in multi-tasking, organization, and ability to research and resolve independently
  • Must be an exceptional communicator
  • Able to provide quality leadership to marketing team and branch staff
