Job Description

Sales and Business Development Executive in Healthcare
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales and Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele in Healthcare Provider RCM space . You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction carrying sales quota for both Contract (Booked) Value and In-year revenue.
  • Conduct research to identify customer prospects and their RCM needs.
  • Identify and sell to prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of pipeline, sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with customers

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development and sales executive in Healthcare provider space
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support
  • Healthcare Provider Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and self starter
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
