Aspen Roofing & Exteriors is a growing company based in Denver, CO specializing in roofing restoration and is currently looking to expand to different markets across the nation. We provide service excellence, quality workmanship and ease of mind when it comes to restoration and repair for both residential and commercial markets.

We are currently present in three states (CO, TX, IL) and looking for the right candidates to join our Aspen Roofing family.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As one of the leaders in the industry, Aspen Roofing & Exteriors are looking for future leaders for our organization’s management and executive team. After a thorough training and orientation period, Management Trainees will be put into a key leadership role, in this case, sales management.

You will be personally mentored by top leadership in the organization and have influence on the direction and goals of your department and its operation. You will be trained in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, and Operations.

Your future promotions and opportunities will be based on your results, with the eventual goal of being part of top leadership in the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Minimum of high school diploma
• Must be available to work 40+ hours per week
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must display solid leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Have experience in utilizing CRM
