Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time position with our high volume dealership in Columbus, Ohio.

The primary duties involved include the following;

- Answering customer phone calls & emails, providing them with vehicle information and availability

- Filing paperwork accurately and efficiently

- Appointment setting and follow up

-Answering questions and addressing customer's concerns prior to appointment such as address, financing options, appointment duration, carfax, cost, etc.

-Follow ups before the appointment, after appointment, etc.

-Working with reviews, maintain high CSI.

Ideal traits and skills desired;

- Project an upbeat and positive attitude

- Previous automotive experience preferred

- Assertive and confident in social interactions with customers

- Effective communication skills

- Professional appearance and verbal skills

- Detail oriented and organized!

- Bi-lingual (Spanish) not required but a huge plus

Compensation will be dependent on experience.
